XTC Studio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on one machine per license key. Free tier users may use the software with the limitations described on the pricing page. Pro and Business licenses unlock additional features as described at the time of purchase.
Each license key is tied to a single machine instance. You may deactivate and reactivate on a different machine. Sharing, reselling, or distributing license keys is prohibited.
You agree to use XTC Studio only with content you have the right to process. This includes:
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable copyright and platform terms of service.
XTC Studio connects to third-party AI and transcription services using your own API keys. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or pricing of these services. You are bound by the terms of service of each provider you use (OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, AssemblyAI).
We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied, email info@xtcstudio.com within 14 days for a full refund. Refunds are processed through LemonSqueezy.
XTC Studio is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or that third-party APIs will remain available or compatible. Transcription accuracy depends on audio quality and the engines used.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XTC Studio and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the software, including but not limited to lost data, lost revenue, or interruption of business.
You retain full ownership of all content you process through XTC Studio. We claim no rights to your transcripts, extractions, or any derived content.
The free web transcription tool is provided as a limited preview. It is rate-limited to 3 transcriptions per day per IP address. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tool at any time.
We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the software and delete all copies.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
